Yesterday while I was farming thick clefthoof hides, I decided to “take my picture” in front of one of the corpses. It reminded me very much of the many photographs that I have of my Grandpa and Dad (both mighty hunters) with various dead animals, and thought…well this is kinda like a portrait!

We work so hard for our gear/mounts/pets/etcetera, I think it’d be nice if we showed off that hard work! I’m willing to help give ideas/set up a portrait for you, and then we can go take it! Basically I want not just your average ss, but something that takes advantage of you (and your character’s) personality.

I don’t know how we could best display them, but for now I’ve created a place for them on my Flickr account.

Started early on Friday instead of Saturday. In three hours, we had everything up to the Curator down. Our opera this week was the Big Bad Wolf. He is a seriously scary bastard and his “Little Red Riding Hood” debuff is hilarious. Anyway, we will continue on Saturday and hopefully progress past Aran.

HA! We took down Aran. It took some monumental tries… with some seriously disappointing failures. We got him to 6% on one attempt and were left with no one alive that could DPS him down. Then, there were issues with people SS popping and aggroing the bastard again. When he finally died, we all took a lengthly shit on his corpse while Keishani gave him a healthy teabagging. (See pictures below.)

We are going to try for the Prince on Mon at 5:30. I know he’s supposed to be hard… but really, what can be harder than Aran!
